L.I.F.E. Personal/Professional Development Program is committed to developing visionary people who use their talents and abilities for the betterment of their families, churches, organizations and ultimately the human race.
We teach by using a small group facilitation strategy. L.I.F.E. creates a collaborative learning environment that enables participants to utilize their collective intelligence to share relevant experience and build knowledge. The facilitation techniques provide a framework that encourages active participation and generative dialogue through climate building, questioning techniques, and focused thinking.

Drew is a retired Air Force Master Sergeant with over 20 years of experience leading in the military complex. He also has over 5000 hours of experience teaching leadership to mid-level and executive level leaders in multiple government agencies. He is a community leader, thought leader, and cultural architect who is passionate about inspiring growth and development in youth, corporate, and church leaders all over the globe.
ASHLEY STOWE, PHD, MBA
Vice President and Co-founder
Ashley holds a Doctorate in Chemistry from Florida State University as well as an MBA from the University of Tennessee. He is a researcher, inventor, manager, professor, and mentor who is passionate about teaching leadership to young people to harness their potential. He has worked with students across the Southeast to grow the next generation of servant leaders.
JEFFREY L. BEARD, PHD
Chief Learning Officer
Jeff received his PhD in Educational Psychology and an MS in Instructional Technology from the University of Tennessee. He is passionate about facilitating learning environments that engage learners and fosters transfer of understanding; enabling participants to reach their full potential. Jeff facilitates educational technology, instructor, and leadership development courses. He has over 15 years of experience leading in church and industry positions.
